I was a bit hesitant to book at first after reading some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I did. The staff, especially Adit, was extremely friendly and even showed us the room before I booked, which gave me peace of mind. The rooms are actually much better than what you see in the pictures – clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
This hotel was a surprise, it doesn't look like much from the outside but once you go through the front doors it was beautiful. We did get told that they are still renovating areas and making improvements to the hotel. Our experience here has been great, from start to finish. The hotel was kept very clean and the rooms are lovely. Beds are very comfortable and food was very tasty. All staff were lovely, Lorri served us at night for dinner and for breakfast in the morning, she was very friendly, chatty and got to know our names which was nice. All of the other staff we met were friendly also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Erskine/outer Glasgow area.
